Is It Possible to Rejuvenate at 40?
Thousands of people have asked me this question over the last 2 years: Is it possible to rejuvenate at 40, 50, 60 and beyond? The answer is clear: yes, it is entirely possible to rejuvenate at any age.
The next question would be: So where do I start, what cosmetic product should I use or what treatment should I follow? The answer is that no cosmetic product or treatment has any ability to rejuvenate. It doesn’t matter how much the product or treatment costs. This is easy to understand: is there any cream that can build or restore the muscle and dermis around the double chin or the cheekbones? Everyone understands that no cream or cosmetic treatment has that ability. At most, you might see a slight, temporary improvement in the hydration of the outermost layers of the skin, and little else; objectively, no further improvement can be seen. Skin quality and facial volume are determined by other factors that take place inside us.

It is perfectly possible to rejuvenate at any age; the problem is that most people are looking in the wrong direction, guided by commercial interests, commonplaces, clichés and subjective opinions that don’t get to the root of what we know as ‘aging’ or ‘rejuvenation’. The vast majority of people still believe that the passage of time makes us age: the years go by, and it’s normal to deteriorate and grow old. Far from being true, this is merely a subjective and superficial observation. Time doesn’t age us; it’s the conscious or unconscious micro-decisions we make during that time that wear us down. By changing those micro-decisions, which are nothing more than the actions we take throughout the day, the passage of time can become a great ally in reversing any sign of deterioration or aging.
Over all this time, thousands of people have understood how and why through this short interview I’m sharing with you:
