Ho’oponopono: widely known, yet little understood.
During my last tour I had the opportunity to give a large number of talks across the Americas and Spain. Over that time I saw that a large share of the people attending the events knew the Ho’oponopono mantras.
Paradoxically, the further its mantras spread, the less people know about the actual Ho’oponopono process for releasing memories that are experienced as problems.
Practicing gratitude or repeating mantras brings some benefits, but they are limited. Ho’oponopono Hou goes far beyond “I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.”
The importance of the relationship between the conscious and the subconscious mind.
The relationship between the conscious mind and the subconscious is often quite damaged in many people. There is a growing trend in the world of spirituality and personal development that disparages the mind and the ego. This only makes the problem worse.
There are thousands of books, videos and talks that urge you not to listen to the mind, or to disconnect from the ego, in order to be at peace and connect with spirituality, with the Universe or with Life.
They confuse the ego or the mind with subconscious information. They believe they have found the hidden physical/material corner that causes all the ills of the human experience. Behind this lies a widely held belief: that the spiritual is separate from the physical experience.
By believing in this separation, they blame the ego and the mind for their own belief. It’s an endless loop. Perhaps you can see that this is one of the greatest paradoxes in this world.
You have never been the problem, you are the solution.
The teachings of Ho’oponopono have nothing to do with this kind of lack or belief. You are already perfect, every part of your being; there is no need to ignore, renounce or disparage any aspect of “your Universe” in order to be at peace. The problem is not the mind or the ego. In fact, both are a fundamental driver of well-being. The problem lies in the data, in the information we “accumulate” in the subconscious.
The “problems” we experience are generated by information/memories that have become trapped in the subconscious. Once you “release” the information, the problem disappears. Many people call this process a “miracle.”
To enjoy the true potential of Ho’oponopono, it is essential for the mind, both conscious and subconscious, to take in and understand how the process works on every level (mental, physical, scientific and spiritual).
Today, most books and talks present confusing information or don’t address this topic at all. That is why many people who use some of the memory-release tools associated with Ho’oponopono lose interest quickly or don’t notice any major changes: they have only received a small part of the information.
Ho’oponopono Hou
Ho’oponopono Hou was born from a deep “cleaning” of memories tied to the incomplete information that has been “passed on” in recent years about Ho’oponopono.
It is a return to the “Zero” state of Morrnah Simeona’s teachings, to the beauty of that moment. Going back to “Zero” in order to update from “Zero.”
Ho’oponopono Hou goes back to the origins of Ho’oponopono to restore the relationship between the conscious and the subconscious mind, including advanced “cleaning” tools never published before.
